Alison Wonderland's real name is Alexandra Margo Sholler. She is an Australian performer, singer, dance music producer as well as DJ. Allison Cara Tolman (born April 2, 1985) was an American actor from the United States. Best known as Molly Solverson from the FX television series Fargo in the first season. Tolman has won nominations for Emmys and Golden Globes. Tolman was born in New York City. She is the mother of two older and one younger siblings. The family relocated to England at the age of two weeks, and was there until she was four. The following five years in Oklahoma and West Texas, before moving to Sugar Land, Texas. Her first acting lessons began at the age of 10 old, at the Fort Bend Community Theatre. Clements High School graduated her in 2000. Baylor University granted her a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis on theatrical performance. Her move to Dallas following her college graduation and became One of Second Thought Theatre's founders. After 2009, Tolman moved into Chicago, Illinois, to learn about the art of performing in The Second City Training Center. Her career in television began when she was the lead character of FX's Black comedy crime series Fargo. Fargo was based upon the Coen Brothers' 1996 film of the same name. It starred Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman alongside Bob Odenkirk. Tolman's performance in the role of Minnesota police officer Molly Solverson was praised by Vanity Fair, who wrote: "She calmly and confidently was the star of the production". Tolman won an Critics' Choice Television Award for her performance in the category Best Supporting Actress in the category of Movies/Miniseries. Also to that, her nominations in the category of Best Actress were received at the Emmy Awards as well as the Golden Globes. The same year, it was revealed that Tolman will make an appearance on The Mindy project on the show as Abby Berman who is a romantic author. She had a role as an actor in Michael Dougherty's thriller Krampus. Tolman, who had a breakout part in Fargo she resisted support roles in the film as wives, mothers and best friends in order to take on the role she thought was unique. Tolman's performance in 2017 on ABC Downward Dog was based upon the Animal Media Group Web Series. Following one season, it was canceled. Tolman was a part of the ABC drama show Emergence it began airing on September 24, 2019, and was cancelled after a single season, on May 21 in 2020. Despite receiving "pretty good" ratings according to Tolman via Twitter. Guest appearances she made for NBC Good Girls were also cited as a source. In 2021 she was a guest star in the role of Alma Filcott in the second season of the drama show Why Women Kill, and played Natalie Green in The Facts of Life portion of the third edition of Live in Front of a Studio Audience.
